The Pearlfect Process

  1. Let’s Get Started! Email me and let me know your needs and timeline.
  2. Let’s chat! We will set up a phone or video call to discuss your vision. It’s all about relationship and I want to ensure that we are both happy with each other. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about me, the process, our project as well as your expectations.
  3. What’s Next? If you want our relationship to grow (I really hope you do!), I will put together a full quote based on our project and send it to you. I will confirm availability and send you a service agreement. Once the Service Agreement is signed and returned, your project is reserved on the calendar! Cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your total order.
  4. Once the deposit is received and agreement signed, I will send over a schedule for our project.
  5. How do you fit in? In the meantime, prepare your guest list or project description. Send me your materials (i.e. guest list for envelope addressing, mediums for hand lettering/calligraphy, etc.). Please provide 15% extra materials to allow for additions and/or necessary instances of quality control. All guest lists must be provided in excel format. All addresses will be written exactly as they are given. Please spell out any abbreviations (State names, Roads, Street Names, etc.).
